What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for lithium batteries?
The minimum order quantity of customized batteries is 3000 pcs. There is no minimum order quantity for conventional batteries.
What is the range of capacity and voltage for custom batteries?
Capacity: 20mah~12000mah, Voltage: 3.2v~48v.
Can I get samples of lithium batteries before placing a bulk order?
Yes, many suppliers offer samples of lithium batteries for testing and evaluation purposes. However, there are costs associated with obtaining samples, including sample fees and freight charges.
How long does it take to make a sample of a custom battery?
It takes 1~3 days to make regular samples, and 7~10 days to make handmade samples. The time required increases with the number of samples.
What information do I need to provide?
You can provide the required battery capacity, size, voltage, processing method, and other information, you can also provide contact information, delivery address, and the number of lithium batteries.
What is the payment term for lithium battery orders?
100% payment before delivery; Received 30% deposit arrangements for production, production completed to pay 70% of the balance of delivery;
What certifications should lithium batteries have?
Lithium batteries should have relevant certifications to ensure their safety and compliance with industry standards. Common certifications for lithium batteries include UN38.3 for transportation, IEC 62133 for safety, and RoHS for environmental compliance.
Can your lithium batteries meet specific country or region certification requirements?
Yes. We have KC (Korea), PSE (Japan), BIS (India), CB (Global), RoHS (EU), 3C (China) certificates for countries and regions.
What quality system do you have?
We have obtained ISO9001 quality management certification to ensure quality control and production standards for our products.
How many independent patent certificates do you have?

What certificates do you have for your lithium batteries?
Our products have passed CQC, KC, UL, CB, UN38.3, CE, UL1642, UL2054, and other certifications.
How is your factory?
Ufine with a super factory over 10,000 square meters. We have 25 production lines, 18 dividing cabinets, 31 high-temperature pressure forming cabinets, 6 slicing machines and 3 coding machines, etc. It can fully meet your production needs.

Do you support OEM or ODM?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services as a lithium battery manufacturer. We can manufacture batteries to meet your specifications (OEM), or we can work with you to design and develop custom battery solutions (ODM) to meet your unique requirements.
What is the delivery time after placing an order with Ufine Battery？
Normally, it takes 10 to 12 days for air transportation, and more than 45 days for sea transportation.
What’s the manufacturing lead time at Ufine Battery?
Mass production lead times are typically 15 to 30 days, and lead times for in-stock models can be as fast as 7 days. 20 to 25 days for custom batteries.
